How we quote

Line by line, with the grade and the availability stated. No hidden lines.

  1. Currency

    Tell us your currency and the quote will be in it, at the rate on the day.

  2. Validity

    Prices hold for seven days from the quote. Availability is checked again at order.

  3. No minimum

    A single line gets the same answer as a pallet. Mixed makes and mixed grades on one list are fine.

Where we ship

Anywhere your forwarder goes. Orders are collected by your own freight agent or delivered to the depot of the line you use. If you do not have a forwarder yet, say so and we will suggest one that handles your route.

Consolidation

Lines from several suppliers arrive with us, are checked against your list and packed as one consignment. You get one invoice and one delivery, not six parcels from six places.

Payment

Proforma invoice, bank transfer before dispatch. Goods are released to your forwarder once funds clear. Established accounts can discuss terms.

Shipping terms

Tell us the terms you need, EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP, and the quote will match. Most buyers take EXW or delivered to their forwarder.

Documents

Commercial invoice, packing list with weights and dimensions, HS codes, EORI and origin details. Certificate of origin and any inspection documents on request. Tell us what your customs broker needs and we prepare it with the shipment.

Returns and warranty

Wrong or damaged parts are replaced or credited when reported within seven days of delivery, with photos. Returns need our written approval first. Manufacturer warranty applies to every line.

Do you accept letters of credit?

For container-scale orders, yes, by arrangement before the order is confirmed. Below that size the normal route is a proforma invoice paid by bank transfer, which clears faster and costs both sides less.

Is it genuine, OEM or aftermarket?

All three, stated on every line. The three grades are explained here. Leave the grade blank on your list and we quote the options so you choose where your margin sits.

How long does an order take?

Most lines are with us within two to five working days of order. Anything longer is flagged on the quote rather than discovered later, and the consignment ships once the list is complete or once you tell us to send what is ready.

Can I order a single part?

Yes. There is no minimum order. A single line is quoted the same way as a pallet, and samples go at the quoted price.

Will UK parts fit a left-hand-drive vehicle?

Non-handed parts fit either way: engine, braking, filtration, most suspension. Steering, lighting, mirrors, wipers and dash parts are handed, and UK stock is right-hand drive. Send the VIN and we quote to the exact variant instead of guessing.

Which part numbers should I send?

Manufacturer part numbers are best, and OE cross references work too. If you have neither, send the chassis or VIN number with a description and we look the numbers up before quoting.

Do the suppliers see that the list is mine?

No. We buy in our own name, the suppliers do not receive your details, and their names do not appear on your quote or on the paperwork that travels with the goods.
